Positions range from document review projects to more complex litigation paralegal roles, where significant experience in dispute resolution may be required. Opportunities vary in duration from short-term assignments lasting a few weeks to longer placements of several months, and even permanent positions where candidates are hired directly by our clients.
The Selection Process

If successful, we will work closely with you to understand your preferences, background, and interests in order to match you with suitable roles. These may include positions within boutique law firms, large international and US firms, banks, financial institutions, and other leading organisations.
What we look for
A law degree or equivalent (LLB, GDL, or SQE1) is advantageous and may open more opportunities as some clients require prior legal training
A minimum of six months' experience working as a litigation paralegal
Previous Litigation Experience -
This may include:
Document review and case file management
Reviewing and organising disclosure documents
Familiarity with electronic disclosure platforms (e.g. Relativity, Everlaw, Nuix)
Drafting legal documents
Drafting statements of case, witness statements, chronologies, and legal correspondence
Preparing court bundles (hearing and trial) and issuing filings with courts
Legal research
Using tools such as Westlaw UK, LexisLibrary, or Practical Law
Researching case law, legislation, and procedural rules
Case management
Managing key dates and deadlines
Maintaining matter files, correspondence logs, and litigation trackers
Knowledge of court procedures
Familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
Understanding of the County Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal processes
Technology and Software
Use of legal document management systems
Experience with eDisclosure platforms
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
Arranging meetings, taking instructions, and updating clients
Supporting solicitors and legal teams
Working closely with fee earners and trainees on case progression
