The Opportunity
The client is currently seeking paralegals, with plans to grow the team due to increasing caseloads. These are intended to be permanent positions, but suitable candidates may initially be offered a three-month temporary contract with a view to transitioning to permanent roles.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced litigation paralegals who are confident managing files independently and who want to work within a supportive, well-structured legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day handling of litigation files with minimal supervision
Meet deadlines and independently prioritise workload
Collaborate with colleagues, providing support where needed
Communicate with clients via email and phone, handling inquiries and complaints
Demonstrate accountability and responsibility for caseloads
Reporting Line
You will report directly to the Senior Solicitor and Practice Manager of the relevant division.
Required Experience and Skills
Essential:
Previous litigation experience
Ability to manage files independently
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a growing team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in personal injury, insurance, or bulk claim management
Experience in high-volume environments managing large caseloads
Familiarity with debt recovery processes or education sector claims
