Role Purpose





We are looking for Acquisition & Sales Progression Executive, ideally with property and customer service experience who has the ability to work as part of a small close team within an entrepreneurial company.Your Home is about helping people on the housing ladder by enabling them to find existing properties that are already for sale and us converting the property into part buy - part rent

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities



To progress a customer from the application stage through to completing on a shared ownership property To process all documentation in a proper and timely way and in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations. To make sure that all other parties are aware of the timescales that need to be complied and deadlines are met. To develop and maintain professional relationships and partnerships externally and internally, ensuring the interests of the organisation are safeguarded. To work collaboratively with solicitors and valuers to ensure all relevant covenants and obligations are fully complied with. To also ensure all required eligibility and funding conditions are fully complied with. Where concerns arise, collaborate with relevant parties to take appropriate action, particularly if there is any suggestion that there is misrepresentation. To maintain and update monitoring tools from which to provide weekly, or as otherwise needed reports on sales progress. To help new applicants and answer any questions on the Your Home product. To deal with shared ownership purchases. Responding and driving sales to make sure that they are concluded in a timely way. Make sure that the valuations fairly reflect the value of the property, ordering searches, instructing solicitors, educating Estate Agents. Making sure that costs and fair fees are collected in accordance with heylo's policy. Making sure that all the necessary timescales are complied with and that transactions are concluded in a timely way. Balancing the need to conclude in a timely manner with the need to deliver ambitious standards of customer service and satisfaction. Effectively deal with enquiries and complaints and promote high customer service standards. Learning from complaints to alter working practice as needed.

Person Specification Capabilities and Experience





The candidate will have:




Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms Determined and has a positive and enthusiastic attitude Demonstrable understanding of conveyancing process from reservation to completion. (E) Some experience of working in property sector Good standard of numeracy and literacy and basic skills with Excel spreadsheets and property databases Great communication skills Very organized with excellent administration skills Process driven Teamwork - ability to work and thrive as a member of a team

Standard Responsibilities

Salary and benefits



Salary:

26,000 - 30,000

Hours of work:

Full-time 39 hours per week with the ability to work up to 60 days a year home working. In this role, we expect there to be a degree of travel and flexibility, with some evening and weekend working as necessary.

Holiday:

25 days a year plus English Bank Holidays
