We are now seeking creative and enthusiastic well-being & activities coordinator Lead to plan and deliver a wide range of activities that enhance the well-being and quality of life for our Residents. Do you have a passion for bring joy to others? Can you sing, dance, craft, or simply bring your own unique energy to brighten someone's day?

Job Opportunity



Your Role Will Include:





Organising and delivering engaging activities tailored to residents; interests, hobbies and abilities.


Encouraging participation in music, dance, arts, crafts, games and social events


Planning activities, outings, themed days and community involvements


Building strong relationships with residents, staff, and families to create a positive, inclusive environment


Ensuring activities promote both physical and emotional well-being


Ensuring that our team of coordinators is fully supported to deliver regular, therapeutic, meaningful, and engaging activities throughout the day.


Provide consistent supervision to the coordinators you will be leading, ensuring they feel supported in their roles and provide a dedicated space to discuss any concerns, performance goals, and training requirements.

Essential Skills



What We Are Looking For:





Outgoing, enthusiastic personality - someone who loves to bring energy and fun to a room.


Creative and adaptable - Whether it's singing, dancing, storytelling, or organising special events


Strong communication and motivational skills


Team player but also confident working independently


Organised and proactive - able to plan, deliver and adapt activities effectively


Confident IT skills -- able to design newsletters, posters, and timetables, and use technology to showcase activities.


Previous experience in care, well-being, events, or entertainment is a plus, but not essential - we value passion and creativity above all!
