Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and motivated individual to join our team in supporting the delivery of high-quality activities and services within our day centre. This 18-hour role plays a vital part in ensuring a personalised, engaging, and inclusive environment for people of all ages with a variety of support needs.
This is a two-year fixed-term position, funded through external grant support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of a varied weekly programme, including social, physical, and creative activities
Assist in the development of new initiatives based on individual care plans and feedback
Work closely with the team to ensure a safe and welcoming space for all attendees
Support day-to-day running of services, including setting up and preparing for sessions
Liaise with service users to encourage participation and adapt activities to individual needs
Contribute to personal development support and wellbeing goals
Provide support during community events, special projects, or emergency situations when required
Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting and evaluation processes

Working Hours:
18 hours per week - flexible scheduling to support daytime activities and occasional events
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.60 per hour
