Duties
Develop and implement a diverse range of activities tailored to the interests and abilities of young adults.
Coordinate with management to ensure activities are aligned with individual care plans.
Facilitate group activities such as music and drama, life skills, wellbeing etc.
Support independence and confidence
work as part of a supportive, friendly team
supporting individuals with additional needs to participate in activities and help with things like wellbeing and personal care.
Qualifications
QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Or QCF Level 2 with a willingness to work towards Level 3.
Previous experience working and supporting young adults with additional needs
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for what you do.
Driving License - a bonus for community outings.
Creative thinking skills to design engaging activities that meet the needs of our young adults.

Pay: From 24,990.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 per week
