We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at the TPSC. We operate both inside and outside all year round.

If you've answered yes to the above questions then we could have the perfect role for you. Our schools are all over the UK and though we work hard to keep our staff near to home, regular overnight stays are part of everyday life. and you would need to be able to drive one of our fleet vans to and from schools.

You will deliver a combination of outdoor team building activities, indoor maths problem solving workshops and escape room based activities.

We offer an attractive package. You would start on 26k plus a 1k annual staying bonus increasing to 26.5k after 6months. Expenses such as fuel, accommodation, meals etc are all fully paid for and we offer our pension scheme to all employees.

Staff work around 189 days a year and enjoy 10 weeks off, (to coincide with school holidays). Generally our team work 5 days a week from June to October and 4 days a week from November to May.

Applicants must be 21 or over, all posts are subject to enhanced DBS checks, and you must have maths GCSE, and a full UK driving license. Initial interviews may take place over Zoom, followed by an assessment half for the right candidates.

Qualifications / Skills

*Current Enhanced DBS Preferred. (We will apply for this for you if successful)

*Maths GCSE essential.

*Full UK driving license.

*Experience of working with Primary and Secondary School aged students.

*Confident communicator

*Comfortable speaking to groups of students and teachers.

*Comfortable with driving in both country and city locations.

*Comfortable leading teams of other activity instructors

*Happy to stay away for work.

*Punctual

*Flexible approach to working hours
