Key Responsibilities




Lead groups of students aged 16 and over on activities, excursions, and visits to museums/attractions. Helping us to provide a mix of fun and educational offerings on our programmes, and these can include discos, quiz nights, talent shows and sports among many other things. Providing information to the students at points of interest, giving learning opportunities where possible during excursions and visits to places of interest. Providing a fun, engaging and exciting experience for our students visiting the UK. Ensure the safety and welfare of students during activities and excursions in accordance with Bayswater's Safeguarding and H&S policies and procedures. Meeting groups on arrival at airports. Capture engaging photos and videos of students participating in activities and excursions. Edit photos and videos to create content for the school's Instagram Reels, posts, and stories. Liaise with the team of Bayswater staff and Group Leaders at the centre and develop a friendly and co-operative atmosphere. Assist the Student Services Team with administrative tasks. Act in a professional manner with all Bayswater agents, clients, and staff and not to engage in any activity which may bring Bayswater into disrepute. Serving the needs of Bayswater College students, ensuring excellent customer service is provided consistently, whilst paying attention to their safety and welfare at all times. Liaising with the Academic, Admissions, Accommodation and Sales teams to give our students a time of their life experience. Following the agreed internal processes and procedures and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Greet all people entering the building in a friendly way, answer all e-mails and telephone calls in a timely manner. Meet with all new students on their first day as part of their induction and lead a school and city tour. Make yourself available throughout the day for questions and to deal with issues. Share your knowledge with students to help them make the most of their time in the UK.



Requirements




Experience of working with groups of international students taking part in educational and/or activity programmes Solid knowledge of safeguarding Experience of safeguarding children/young people Experience of working in a team Current First Aid certificate
