Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Activity Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to lead kids in engaging activities that teach them real life skills and let them get involved with the farm. As an Activity Leader, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for children, ensuring they have fun while participating in various activities.

Duties

Help in leading farm based activities Supervise children during activities to ensure their safety and well-being. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a positive community atmosphere. . Collaborate with other staff members to enhance programme offerings and share best practices in childcare.

Experience

Previous experience working with children or on a farm is preferable . Skills in traditional skills, Arts, Kids cookery, animal care , woodworking or similar is a great benefit. Excellent communication skills in speaking English. A background in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. More important would be skills in a relevant activity (woodwork, animal care, cookery , arts) A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development through engaging activities.
This to be part of a great team that leads kids in a farm based activity club over the summer holiday on a working farm.

Job Types: Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 weeks

Pay: 11.44-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
