Burlington Care home is home to 100 residents many who have a diagnosis of dementia. We have been rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC three times and have an excellent reputation within the county.

Our Lifestyle Support Manager of is moving departments within the home and so we are looking for the right person to fill her very colourful shoes! We are extremely proud of the activities, events and entertainment within the home and out in the community, which includes theatre trips, cafe trips, garden centres, pub lunches - all this alongside a full daily in-house programme of activities and live entertainment. No wonder we all sleep well at night!

The role of the Lifestyle Support Manager is to plan, arrange and lead the programme of events and entertainment throughout the year including

-Party dates and entertainment The weekly 'What's On' guide and monthly newsletter Leading Residents meetings and devising an action plan based on their views. Display photo boards around the house , changing on a monthly basis. Lead all areas of fund raising ideas. making good connections with the community, and advertising using social media and posters around the home with upcoming events.
The list goes on and I have limited space, but you get the idea!!! Vibrant, fun, outgoing and a friendly and caring individual with a passion to make people living at the home happy!

Previous experience in this kind of role or in entertainment/hospitality is preferred with an outgoing, friendly and bubbly personality to match!
