Dynamic Rise Seated Sports Activity Leader & Business Development Executive (Part-Time)

We adapt beloved sports like football, rugby, and hockey so that anyone can participate, regardless of fitness level, mobility challenges, age, or health condition. We're growing rapidly and are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in a unique dual role that combines hands-on activity leadership with strategic business development.

The Opportunity:



We are seeking a

part-time Rise Seated Sports Activity Leader & Business Development Executive

to contribute approximately

8-10 hours per week

, with the potential for increased hours and responsibilities as the business expands.

What You'll Do:



1. Rise Seated Sports Activity Leadership (Approx. 4-5 hours per week):

Lead engaging and adapted seated sports sessions for diverse groups (e.g., in care homes, community centres, schools, or private settings). Inspire, encourage, and motivate participants of varying abilities to enjoy movement and achieve personal goals. Tailor activities to suit individual needs, ensuring inclusivity and safety. Foster a positive, fun, and supportive environment that promotes social interaction and camaraderie.

2. Business Development (Approx. 4-5 hours per week):

Actively identify and pursue new client leads for Rise sessions through various channels (e.g., local networking, community outreach, digital campaigns, partnerships with care homes, community groups etc). Clearly articulate the unique benefits of Rise and how it can positively impact diverse populations. Build strong relationships with potential venues, organisations, and community leaders. Represent Rise at events and confidently promote our services. Track and report on business development activities and results to contribute directly to our growth strategy.

What We Offer (Compensation & Growth):



Competitive Hourly Pay:

18 - 20 per hour for allhours worked (both activity leadership and business development).

Performance-Based Commission:

Your efforts in business development will be directly rewarded and are key to our shared success!

New Client Acquisition:

A percentage of the first payment/package value from every new client or organisation you successfully bring into Rise (e.g.,

7.5% of the initial sale

).

Client Retention Bonus:

A percentage of the recurring payments from the new clients/organisations you acquire, typically for the first 3 months of their active engagement (e.g.,

3% of monthly recurring payments

).

Essential Requirement:

This post requires a

valid UK driving license and access to a reliable car

for travel to various Rise session locations and business development meetings in and around Arbroath and the surrounding areas.
