The Role

As an

AD Site Operative

, you'll play a vital role in keeping our site running smoothly. From operating machinery to ensuring safe handling of materials, no two days will be the same. You'll be part of a supportive team where your ideas and commitment really count.


Your responsibilities will include:


Assisting management with the safe, efficient operation of the site Operating mobile plant and equipment safely and effectively Handling incoming raw materials and supporting weighbridge processes Ensuring high standards of site cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance Supporting traffic management and helping with paperwork as required Playing an active role in meeting environmental and production standards

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a practical, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-moving environment. Ideally, you'll bring:


Experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or FMCG setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confidence handling raw materials (some heavy lifting required) Attention to detail and commitment to quality & safety standards (HACCP) Basic IT skills and willingness to complete relevant training A forklift truck licence (advantageous, but not essential)
