The Role

We're looking for flexible, hands-on people to join us as Ad-Hoc Event Stylists. You'll support our event setups on a flexible basis -- perfect if you want occasional, creative work that fits around your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Create and install luxury balloon displays for private and corporate events Drive our company vans to deliver and collect balloons, props, and frames (must hold a full UK driving licence -- our vans are easier to drive in central London than finding a parking space!) Respect clients, their homes, venues, and cultures -- always representing the Balloonista brand with professionalism and warmth Assist with inflating balloons, rigging installations, styling arches, ceilings, and displays Support with packing down and tidying event spaces after installations Help with studio prep, stock organisation, and order packing when needed Be happy to work evenings, weekends, and at short notice when events require Bring a positive, can-do mindset -- at Balloonista there's no "that's not my job" attitude

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (essential) Confidence driving our company vans Physically fit to lift balloon weights, frames, and large items Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Great eye for detail and a love of creating beautiful experiences Comfortable working in clients' homes and high-end corporate venues, with respect for their spaces and cultures Flexible availability (including evenings/weekends)

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 40 per week
