About the Role
Keldin Engineering is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin / Accounts Clerk to join our team at our Maidenhead office. This is a key support role within the business, reporting directly to the Managing Director and supporting both day-to-day office operations and financial administration.
The role suits someone with experience in an engineering, construction, or project-based environment who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a structured, professional office setting.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration and day-to-day office management
Reconciling accounts, receipts, and expenses
Supporting basic accounts and finance administration
Booking and coordinating travel for engineers across Europe (flights, accommodation, logistics)
Managing records, documentation, and filing systems
Providing PA support to the Managing Director, including diary management and coordination
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers as required
Supporting wider business administration tasks as needed
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in an admin, accounts, or office support role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable reconciling receipts, expenses, and basic accounts data
Confident using standard office software (Microsoft Office / Outlook / Excel)
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Willingness to work fully office-based, five days per week (no work from home)
Desirable Experience
Experience working in an engineering, construction, or similar project-driven company
Experience booking travel for site-based or international teams
Previous PA or executive support experience
Familiarity with basic accounting or finance systems
