Following the progression of a current team member, we now have a permanent vacancy available within the Workforce Business Support Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a well-established and highly respected team. You'll provide direct support to the Workforce Development & Learning team, as well as assist Social Care Teams with Human Resources processes and Learning & Development activities.
You'll be fully supported and mentored by experienced colleagues as you take on a variety of responsibilities.
Your work will include, but not limited to, assisting managers with HR functions, supporting staff training and development needs. You will work closely with Workforce Development Officers to coordinate and manage learning events
You should have strong listening skills, accurate record-keeping and typing abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Integrity, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential qualities for this role.

This position supports a hybrid working model, allowing you to split your time between working from home and our modern office in Colwyn Bay.
