Work base: Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay


As one of the biggest employers in the area, we want you to join our close working friendly team to provide business support Service to Social Care Teams.


We currently have a fixed term vacancy in the Workforce Business Support team.


This role offers a chance to work as a key member of a well-established and highly valued team providing direct support to the Workforce Development & Learning team and supporting all Social Care Teams regarding Human Resource processes as well as Learning and Development functions. You will be fully supported and mentored by your colleagues as you take on different responsibilities.


Your work will include, but not limited to, helping managers with recruitment, staff training, and development needs. You will work closely with Workforce Development Officers, providing comprehensive business support function in relation to organising and managing various learning events.


You should have good listening, record-keeping, and typing skills. A high level of integrity, resilience, and calmness under pressure are important. Attention to detail matters in this role.

This position allows for a hybrid work style. You can split your time between working from home and at our modern office in Colwyn Bay.
