From 12.21 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



Bookkeeping Support:

Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

HR Administration:

Provide administrative support for HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment processes.

Office Management:

Ensure the smooth operation of our office, managing supplies, coordinating meetings, and supporting the overall administrative needs.

Digital Marketing Support:

Get the opportunity to be involved in digital marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, and campaign support.

What We're Looking For:



Organizational Skills:

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive Attitude:

Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.

Experience:

Previous experience in admin, bookkeeping, HR, or office management is preferred but not required. A willingness to learn and grow with the company is essential.
