We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role involves providing essential administrative support, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities. Duties
Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing enquiries as appropriate
Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of information
Perform data entry tasks accurately using various platforms
Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping functions
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Provide general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Handle requests for information and data.
Request and manage account balances from customers prior to installations.
Input of data into accounting software
Provide admin support to other staff where required.
Experience
Previous office experience or clerical experience is required
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Experience in handling administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence management
