Bromley

12 Months (possible extension)

\xc2\xa334,200 - \xc2\xa336,450 per annum

My high-profile banking client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Business Support team on an initial contract of 12 months. You will work Monday to Friday with from their office based in Bromley working 9:00 - 5:00, Hybrid arrangement will be available after training of 3 days at the office and 2 days at home.

Overview

We\'re currently seeking a Business Support Lead to join our diverse Business Support Team based in Bromley to assist with a multi-branch migration project. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of treasury products and systems, apply critical thinking and build relationships with business partners across Global Transaction Services (GTS) and Global Treasury, Merchant and Estate Operations (GTMEO).

Key Role and Daily Tasks:

  • Perform client research to determine legal agreements currently in place
  • Record and report findings to Senior Leadership Team
  • Facilitate the sending of mass client communications
  • Produce and maintain communication trackers using Excel to ensure accurate tracking of required documents clients will need to return
  • Work closely with business partners across Global Tax Operations, Servicing and Global Transaction Services to ensure validation of returned documentation
  • Support adhoc requests required to facilitate the successful implementation of the multi-branch migration project
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent attention to detail is critical
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Critical thinker and sound analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high volume, multi-faceted environment
  • Self-motivated and results-orientated, with a flexible approach required to manage in a changeable environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Convey a professional, courteous, and positive attitude when dealing with business partners
  • Previous background in a Business Support environment would be helpful but not essential
  • Competencies:
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive approach to workload
  • Presentation, preparation and delivery of business materials
