Admin Assistant
to join our team.

About the Role
As our Admin Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our daily operations, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities may include (but may not me limited to):
Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries as appropriate.
Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Filing and archiving important documents in both physical and digital formats
Ordering and managing office supplies.
Providing general administrative support.
Assisting with any other duties that may be required.
Experience
Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Familiarity with SAGE or similar accounting software is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing skills for efficient document preparation and data entry
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
