Responsibilities:
We are looking to recruit two enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our busy and challenging Sexual Health Team.
We are a large service and cover locations across West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester. This role is for our Kirklees locations. There are two 30-hour roles based in Kirklees and will need the flexibility for covering both Dewsbury and Huddersfield.
The service offers testing and treatment for sexual transmitted infections, a range of contraception methods and advise, referrals to termination of pregnancy, HIV services and other external agencies and partners.
The post holder will be: Enthusiastic, willing to learn, confident and with a helpful nature in what can often be a busy and varied role, with lots of complexities involved. Digital technology is at the heart of what we do in Locala Sexual Health, with constant changes and improvements, so ability to adapt and develop within this environment is essential. Attention to detail, being a team player and confidentiality are also key requirements.
As part of this team, you will be responsible for administration duties which include registering patients and updating records on the relevant clinical electronic record (SystmOne), managing requests from other colleagues, answering a busy phone line.
If you have experience in an admin role and understand the need for this role to be flexible to support the service, then we will happily provide training in the areas that you need.
