Admin Assistant
to join our busy showroom and office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
Schedule surveys, installations, and appointments.
Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and order confirmations.
Keep records of customer orders, supplier deliveries, and project progress.
Support the sales team with pricing, supplier communication, and admin tasks.
Maintain office systems and databases.
Assist with general office duties and occasional marketing support.
What We're Looking For:
Previous admin or customer service experience
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Confident communicator, written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented.
