We are a small established company carrying out ground investigations and testing across the south east of England.
We are seeking a part-time Admin Assistant at our offices in Witley, near Godalming, Surrey.
Preferably to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
9am to 5pm, however, we do offer flexibility on the hours or start/end time.
Answering and referring enquiries by telephone and email in a professional manner.
Amend reports using MS Word, proofreading and final review for grammar, spelling and punctuation before compilation into PDF.
Provide administrative support to the Directors.
General administration and customer service.
Invoicing customers.
Requirements:
PC literate and competent in MS Word
Attention to detail and organised
Previous experience is beneficial however is not essential as full training will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
