We are seeking an exceptional
Admin Assistant
to join our welcoming and dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, motivated and professional individual who thrives in a fast?paced environment and is passionate about supporting young people.
What You'll Do
In this vital frontline role, you will:
Be the professional face of our school
Provide a warm, efficient and courteous reception service to visitors, parents, staff and students.
Handle telephone and in?person enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain strict control of visitor access and ensure all safeguarding checks are completed.
Deliver high?quality administrative support
Manage emails, correspondence, photocopying, filing and minute?taking.
Maintain accurate computerised and manual records (including Arbor, CPOMS and other systems - full training provided).
Support the efficient running of the office, including post, requisitions, deliveries and event coordination.
Support daily school operations and staff
Manage morning absence from 7:00am, record information accurately and arrange cover efficiently.
Liaise with supply agencies in line with safeguarding and school procedures.
Assist with pupil welfare tasks such as first aid (once trained) and administering medication safely.
Champion safeguarding and compliance
Adhere to all safeguarding, child protection, data protection and confidentiality requirements.
Understand and model the school's ethos, values and commitment to keeping children safe.
