Fresh Start UK is a leading Debt Advice Company based in Hull's city centre. We were established in 2009, specialising in providing personal debt advice tailored to individual needs and have helped over 12,000 UK Consumers in debt. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Based in Hull City Centre, our mission is to empower customers who are struggling with financial difficulties to achieve a debt-free future through accessible and effective debt management and advice.
This role will suit an individual who wishes to make a difference in our customers' lives, is empathetic, non-judgmental, has excellent interpersonal skills and is willing to put the customer first.
The Role:
You will be responsible for offering administrative support to all departments in the company's business operations. This role involves directly liaising with creditors and working closely with our Customer Liaison Team to ensure the smooth running of our clients' debt management plan, resolving creditor queries promptly and ensuring a compliant customer service experience is provided.
This role is a part-time position to cover maternity leave for 12-months.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle creditor contact through all durable mediums
Handling incoming post including opening, scanning and uploading documents to the system
Meet and exceed business KPI's & SLA's
Meet and exceed standard compliance requirements
Effective diary management
Managing a range of exception reports
Assistance with overflow client calls
General office management such as cleaning and stock checks etc.
Ad-hoc duties defined by the Company
Experience and Key Skills:
Experience in the Debt Management or Debt Collection industry is advantageous but is not essential.
Experience in administration or a contact centre environment is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
Experience in working for an FCA regulated firm is desired but not essential as regulatory training will be provided.
