Role Overview:



We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will support our daily operations by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and fleet.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct van audits and assist with sorting parking tickets. Book and confirm hotel accommodations for engineers as needed. Schedule and coordinate servicing for our van fleet. Perform stock takes on engineers' vans and conduct tool audits. Manage gas cylinder logging and returns. Assist with vehicle breakdowns and communicate effectively with our team. Answer phones and handle general inquiries in the office. Order stationery and office supplies to maintain inventory. Log delivery notes accurately and efficiently. Monitor and complete fleet efficiency reports on a weekly/daily basis. Assist with fleet insurance renewals and claims Set up new vans purchased and turn around vans ready for new engineers. Assist with any other office-related tasks as required.

Requirements:



Valid driving license and ability to drive vans for servicing and logistics. Ability to lift up to 16KG for auditing and preparing tools and equipment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong data entry skills with accuracy. Proficient in basic computer applications. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
