The Role:
We are pleased to offer a unique opportunity to join the Think Group as an Administrative Assistant at our head office in Poole. In this role, you will primarily support the vehicle wrapping sector while also assisting with the signage business. Your responsibilities will be vital to the smooth daily operations of our wrap company, requiring a professional who is highly organised, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and team members, providing exceptional support and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Warmly welcome customers and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Manage incoming telephone calls, directing them as necessary and taking messages.
Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone, providing information about our services and arranging consultations.
Administrative Support:
Organise and maintain office files, documents, and records systematically.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating vehicle wrap installations.
Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies and maintain an organised workspace.
Coordination and Communication:
Facilitate communication between the design and installation teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory and order materials as required.
Support marketing efforts by assisting in the preparation of materials and keeping the customer database up to date.
General Office Duties:
Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring timely updates to company records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including managing courier services.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area and overall office environment.
