Admin Assistant/receptionist

Job Description

As an Admin Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of both the administrative functions and workshop operations . You will be responsible for a range of activities, from front-of-house reception work and administrative duties to booking in stock, producing invoices, taking payments and placing orders for stock replenishment.

This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week, 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

What will you be doing?



- Acting as the first point of contact at reception and handling phone calls and correspondence
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Ordering stock, stock control.

What are we looking for?



We are looking for a team player with a proactive approach to administration.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience with company purchasing systems. Training will be given.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a good telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently with self-discipline
- Prior experience in an automotive environment (desirable)
