Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and confident Admin & Client Training Executive to join our growing team. This role combines administrative duties with delivering computer-based and PowerPoint-driven training sessions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for client applications and service processes
Deliver training sessions (in-person) using computer-based systems and PowerPoint presentations
Guide clients step-by-step through licensing procedures and application tools
Maintain accurate records and manage client data with professionalism
Support clients via phone, email, and in person - excellent communication is essential
Assist with basic sales follow-ups, cross-selling services, and customer engagement
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Confidence with public speaking and leading presentations
Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365
A professional, customer-focused attitude
Previous experience in admin, training, or sales support roles
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Experience in a client-facing role (desirable but not essential)
