What You'll Be Doing
Providing administrative support to teams and managers.
Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases.
Supporting HR with onboarding, inductions, and general processes.
Assisting Finance with emails, bookings, and driver invoicing.
Meeting and greeting drivers, customers, and suppliers.
Managing office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
Helping to plan and deliver company events, meetings, and initiatives.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or office support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
