We are looking for a highly organised and proactive
Operations & Admin Coordinator
to join our team. This role will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly, with a focus on managing pre-order schedules, shipping logistics, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update pre-order dates to ensure accuracy at all times.
Organise the collection and delivery of shipping containers from suppliers.
Support with administrative tasks such as invoice checking, purchasing equipment, and general office duties as required.
Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Provide ad hoc support across the business when needed.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software.
Previous experience in administration, logistics, or operations coordination is desirable but not essential.
