We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin & Credit Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and experience working with invoices and customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Control & Accounts:
Posting invoices on a daily basis and ensuring customer accounts are always up to date.
Managing customer balances and reconciling accounts
Preparing daily payment list
Contacting customers regarding outstanding payments (emails, phone calls, and sending debt letters)
Placing customers on stop when required and following internal credit procedures
Processing daily incoming payments to ensure invoices are settled on time
Following the accounts schedule and meeting all deadlines
Administration Duties:
Completing general office tasks and handling required documentation and forms
Preparing accident forms for drivers
Supporting management with administrative duties as needed
Maintaining organised records and ensuring smooth daily office operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in credit control or accounts administration (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Proficiency in accounting software preferably Sage.
Proficiency in basic computer and office software
