We are seeking an organised, professional, and motivated Admin Officer to lead our busy school office and provide exceptional support to our staff, children, families, and wider school community. We are able to consider full time and part time applications, with core working hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm.

As the first point of contact for many visitors, you will be friendly, approachable and highly professional, ensuring our school continues to run smoothly on a daily basis. This role is central to the effective management of our school administration, requiring excellent organisational skills and a proactive, 'can-do' approach.

Key responsibilities include:



Managing the daily operations of the school office with efficiency and care. Producing high-quality correspondence, reports, and documentation, often of a complex or sensitive nature. Invoicing, financial record-keeping and supporting budget processes. Overseeing recruitment administration and HR processes. Coordinating and supporting whole-school systems and data management. Working collaboratively with the school leadership and admin team. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining accurate records. Going the extra mile to ensure the smooth running of the school and the best outcomes for our pupils.

The successful candidate will have:



Strong computing skills, with confidence using a range of software packages and management systems. Proven experience of managing office processes and producing professional reports. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment. A commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. A friendly and professional manner, with the ability to communicate confidently with staff, parents, governors, and external partners. The ability to lead, support, and inspire a small team.
