Main purpose of job:
To ensure the day to day operations of the business run smoothly through effective communication with clients, passengers and staff.
Main tasks of job:
1. Day to day operations of the business; liaising with clients, schools, drivers, passenger assistants to ensure the smooth running of school routes, via all methods of communication.
2. Continual management of the Time Sheet, making any necessary arrangements.
3. Managing incoming queries/requests, ensure everything is documented correctly.
4. Scanning, saving, uploading all paperwork that comes in, to all platforms inc. Google Cloud, and filing hardcopy paperwork in personal files.
5. Updating information, licence dates, contact details on all platforms.
6. Compliance Lead
7. Complete DVLA / PCO Licence checks.
8. Management of Job Adverts and Applicant Communication via all job boards, inc. Indeed, Facebook.
9. Assist with the Interview / Onboarding process where required; conducting interviews, sending out paperwork, getting necessary documents signed, completing reference checks, creating Employee Records, creating I.D badges.
10. HR Admin- Contracts, Letters, Memos.
11. Any other reasonable task as directed by Manager.
The scope and longevity of this position is yet to be defined. There is potential for this position to expand depending on the applicants skillset and experience.
We are keen to hear from professionals with relevant administrational experience, in a client facing role, excel skillset is essential.
It is possible for this position to be School Term Time Only or year round.
Please note due to needing the successful applicant to be in the office at very short notice on occasion, any applicants further than 10 miles away will be automatically rejected.

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
