Temporary Receptionist / Admin Support - Immediate Start
Location: LE3, Leicester
14 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

renowned bakery
based in the heart of England, whose family has been baking
multi award-winning bread
for over four generations. Fiercely proud of their heritage, they continue to strive for innovation and the extraordinary and now, they need a friendly and reliable Receptionist to support their busy HR team during the summer holiday period.

The Role:
A classic front-of-house role with an admin twist you'll be the welcoming face of the bakery's head office and a vital support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-house reception duties: greeting visitors, answering calls
Booking meetings and managing calendars
General admin support including filing and document handling
Assisting the HR team with tasks like onboarding forms and diary management
Handling confidential information professionally
Providing a warm, friendly customer service experience to all who walk through the door
About You:
Previous
reception/front desk
experience is essential
Confident with admin tasks and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Warm, organised, and customer-focused
Available immediately
and able to commit to the dates listed
