About Us



We're launching an exciting start-up in the temporary mobile internet sector- delivering fast, reliable internet solutions for events, pop-ups, construction sites, and beyond. We're looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, all-rounder to join us at ground level and help build this business from the inside out.

About the Role



As our Admin, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a key player in shaping our brand, managing our customer outreach, and keeping our internal operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and wants to grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update the company website and online presence Maintain customer databases and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets) Support with sales outreach, customer follow-up, and lead generation Help plan and execute marketing campaigns (email, social, print, etc.) Provide general administrative support Bring ideas to the table - we want your input on what works best Contribute ideas on how to position and grow the business

What We're Looking For



Strong common sense and the ability to make smart, practical decisions High level of self-motivation - you'll often be working independently Flexible and adaptable - able to shift priorities and wear multiple hats Previous experience in a start-up, especially in telecoms or tech, is a big plus Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail Someone who is eager to take ownership and make a real impact Handle general admin and back-office tasks to keep operations efficient Act as a proactive problem-solver who keeps things moving
