Lubron are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our vibrant team in this exciting new role. You will bring a background in marketing, with the drive to expand your skills and develop the role further. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a marketing role*
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms*
Strong written and verbal communication skills.*
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.*
A desire to learn and grow within the sales side of the business (training will be provided).*

Responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Coordinator:



o Manage all Social Media accounts.

o Assist with website design and development to ensure it is fit for purpose and aligned with our strategy.

o Liaise with external marketing provider to assist with website maintenance and SEO.

o Respond to enquiries received via website, shared inbox and Social Media.

o Produce regular content for website and Social Media.

o Liaise with Lubron colleagues to source case studies and content for posting.

o Approach Service and Projects customers to arrange site visits to:

-Obtain photos and details to assist in the production of case studies.

-Gain feedback from the customer on Lubron performance, including our NPS.

o Manage and track the Marketing budget, maintaining merchandise stock levels.

o Distribute merchandise to Sales Team and customers as required.

o Attend Sales meetings and produce and circulate the minutes of the meeting.

o Monitor and update Sales Enquiries and report on the data captured.

o Monitor and report on Sales team KPIs.

o Provide basic admin support to the Sales Team where required.

o Assist with developing further Sales procedures.

o Assist with lead generation, by working with various marketing channels to produce qualified leads.

o Renew, manage, and apply for new tender accounts: including maintaining the password and user database for all accounts.

o Attend shows and networking events selected by the management team to promote the business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
