Job Description

We are looking for a part time Admin /stores / warehouse person to join our amazing team!

The ideal candidate will be experienced with admin/ word / excel etc., you will have excellent customer facing service skills, ideally with a background in administration / retail & or some warehousing experience, or a very keen interest in learning.

MUST HAVES: Strong work ethic, Clean Driving Licence & Willing to travel, experience in an admin role , if any previous experience in a pet shop, that would be advantageous although not essential, MUST HAVE Excellent time management skills. Must HAVES - Flexible Approach to working hours.

Job Role: Sorting through emails/ invoices etc., Receiving Stock, Replenishing shelves and completing stock checks, picking & packing orders, serving customers

Arranging and sorting deliveries.
Keeping the shop floor area clean and tidy. Helping with deliveries & collections. Must have a flexible approach to ad hoc tasks.

Ideally you will be experienced in a warehouse & customer facing role with some retail sales experience.

Stock Movement (Unloading & Replenishing)
Customer service experience (Including face to face communication skills),

Good IT skills & good knowledge of Excel / Word (Essential).

OPENING HOURS;

Monday - Saturday 11:00 a.m - 17:00pm

Part time hours & Alternate Saturday 1030-5pm (this might change in the future to every Saturday as the company grows).

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
