Bluestar Manufacturing a leading manufacturer of returnable packing solutions for a large number of blue-chip companies. We are looking for an Admin & Socialmedia/E-commerce Assistant.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for everyday administration duties including accounting, HR and Health & Safety using xero,monday.com & microsoft software,.
you will also support the small office team on other day to day activities.
You will assume responsibility for the updating and management of the social media & e-commerce sites for bluestar.co.uk creating new social media posts and developing an on-line sales & marketing programme with our marketing partners.
Key Responsibilities
Processing of documentation for the day to day business operation
Updating of xero accounts software with purchase & sales invoices
Running Payroll & updating HR documentation with our HR Partners
Creating and managing new social media posts for Instagram & Linkedin
