Northover Energy are a family owned, independent, local, fuel distributor, suppling a comprehensive range of fuels across the south coast of England to Domestic, Agricultural and Commercial customers.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and can take full ownership of the daily administrative functions of the office, while also being happy to work as part of a small team. The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated, with an excellent telephone manner, demonstrate good attention to detail, whilst also being confident and friendly.

Processing sales orders over the phone Dealing with customer enquiries Processing invoices Stock reconciliation General office duties

Skills Required:



Confident telephone manner Proven IT skills Attention to detail Good numeracy skills Highly motived Self-sufficient Ability to work in a busy environment under pressure
You'll be working at our Sussex Depot, Ifold site, Monday-Friday. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
