What you'd be doing in this role
IT and administrational duties specific to the Auror platform
Review and keep the incident feed up to date on Auror platform
Retrieve and review the CCTV footage of the incident and time documented by the Store Manager
Upload to the Auror platform the CCTV and still images of the perpetrator
Reporting incidents to the police force with regards to repeat offenders
Manage the communication between police forces and crimes reported. Submit relevant forms/statements to the police
Keeping track for Greggs of any prosecutions/successes
Adhere to Company policies and procedures
At a glance: the qualifications we'll be looking for
IT Literate, competent in Microsoft packages
Experience of using computer systems
Experience of working in retail, security, administrational customer service role
Experience of working within in a small team
The business will support you to attain your SIA Card
