Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office / accounts operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, excellent computer skills, previous accounts experience and a professional demeanour.

Hours of week 9 - 5pm Monday and Thursday.

Duties



Inputing and following up purchase orders and supplier invoices on a daily basis Entering invoices, credit notes and all other data related with the sales ledger onto computer system. Ensuring all queries are handled correctly and efficiently Checking money coming into the business ensuring that all is correct and accounted for. Holiday cover for Office Manager when required. Any other duties to help the overall performance of the company and at the request of management. Liaising with the Office Manager and Finance Director regarding payments of suppliers. EDI Invoicing Maintaining good housekeeping standards in the workplace. Typing duties when requested. Answering and making company calls when required. Weekly credit control for all independent customers. Allocating sales ledger cash & cheques against remittances. Telesales and order sheet completion. Van sales reporting
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
