The Team You'll Work With
You'll be joining a collaborative and fast-paced team that supports senior stakeholders across HSBC Innovation Banking. The team works closely with internal departments to ensure efficient daily operations. Admin Assistants will also be required to provide regular and ad hoc coverage for Reception across planned and unplanned absences to ensure continuity of service this includes in person support on reception desk.

Provide administrative support to senior leaders
Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones
Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics with precision
Support the smooth running of business activity, maintaining confidentiality at all times
The Experience You Need
Solid experience in senior-level diary management and administrative support
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience using Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint
Familiarity with the structure and pace of HSBC Innovation Banking
