Job Summary: Kiwa Fire Safety Compliance is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team for a 6 Month Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy and friendly team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. This role is located in Aylesbury with Hybrid Working. About the role:

Assist with a range of administrative and operational duties, including:Setting up new projects in internal systems Converting technical reports to PDF and sending them to clients Supporting with raising and issuing of sales invoices Monitoring shared inboxes and managing incoming queries Handling document control tasks, including use of client portals Providing general administrative support and cover across the team

Do you have what it takes?:
Experience with data entry and general administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systems Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks A flexible and proactive approach to handling a variety of tasks

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

24,570.00 per annum
