Position: Technical Support & IT Assistant (6-Month Temporary Role - National Minimum Wage)

Step into the engine room of Lincolnshire's premier family attraction. With a diverse mix of over 30 rides, two record-breaking roller coasters, live shows and Europe's largest open-air market operating daily, Fantasy Island offers a unique working environment. We're looking for a hands-on individual to support our tech operations on a six-month contract, with real potential to continue with us long-term.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver responsive, first-line technical and IT support across departments Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving tills, access control systems, and networked devices Assist with the installation and maintenance of AV systems, public address units, and CCTV setups Support the deployment and testing of hardware and software as needed Work closely with colleagues and outside specialists to organise equipment repairs and upgrades Keep detailed records of faults, resolutions, and routine system checks Full-time position following a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays

What We're Looking For

A real enthusiasm for IT, electronics, and audiovisual tech Solid understanding of Windows systems, basic networking principles, and common technical faults Experience with cabling, basic PC builds or using hand tools would be advantageous Confident communicator with a self-motivated and solutions-focused mindset Able to work effectively as part of a team in a busy, guest-driven environment A valid UK driving licence would be beneficial but not essential

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
