Job Summary: Kiwa IFC Certification is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team for a 6 Month Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy and friendly team with a variety of administrative tasks, mainly supporting with transferring, entering and verifying data in our project management system. About the role:
Transferring documents from the old to the new system
Processing of expenses actions to recharge the client
Data entry into the system
Setting up folders for each client in the database
Creating new tasks in the system, and closing old projects
Customer service support and answering incoming calls
Other adhoc administration tasks
Do you have what it takes?:
Experience with data entry and general administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systems
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong time management skills
