Role Overview
The Administration Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Company Director and wider operational team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient office procedures and ensuring smooth delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across our portfolio.
? Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Company Director and team
?Maintain and update documentation including contractor and client records, service schedules, and equipment inventories
Assist with data entry, compliance monitoring, and internal coordination
?Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries, directing queries appropriately
?Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency in all records and communications
Coordinate and prepare materials for internal meetings and facilitate team communications
Candidate Profile
We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
? Essential skills and attributes:
?Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in a facilities or technical environment desirable but not essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
?Familiarity with Sage accounting software and Microsoft Teams (advantageous)
?Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
Full, clean UK driving licence
