Aberdovey Golf Club is a championship links golf course, ranked in the top 100 courses in the UK & Ireland, and known for delivering excellent customer service for our members and visitors.
We are seeking a highly organised Golf Operations Administrator to join our team and help support the smooth running of day-to-day golf operations at the club.
You will be the backbone of our golf department, supporting the team with administrative and operational duties. You'll help to manage tee time and accommodation bookings, write member communications, assist with event organisation, and other general admin tasks - ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits our course.
The ideal candidate would have a knowledge of the game of golf with strong interpersonal skills and customer focus, ideally having previous experience in an administrative or customer service role. Must be IT literate (MS Word, Excel & Publisher). A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and think on your feet is also important!
