About the Role:



Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a proactive

Administrative Assistant

to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with management, collaborate with various departments, and handle a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide top-notch service in every aspect of the role and collaborate across departments to enhance the customer experience.

Communication & Enquiries:

Handle customer inquiries efficiently via phone and email while maintaining professionalism.

Sales & Quotation Support:

Follow up on quotations to secure orders and produce sales system reports.
?

Administrative Duties:

Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing (both digital and physical).

Document Management:

Type and proofread quotes, reports, and other documents with accuracy.
?

Data Handling:

Maintain and update records in Excel and other systems daily.
?

Office Operations:

Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
