We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Duties
Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
Process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and prepare monthly reports.
Manage invoices, receipts, and expense tracking.
Assist with payroll processing and employee records.
Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents as needed.
Handle general office operations, including supplies and vendor communication.
Qualifications
Proven office experience or administrative experience in a busy environment
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
